PRIVACY POLICY

We do not independently collect, store, sell, or monetize personal information through servers operated by Sector VII.

Certain information may be processed locally on your device or by third-party platform providers necessary for core functionality. This may include:

• Local game save data stored on your device
• Gameplay progress and achievements
• Google Play Games Services account identifiers
• Local network connection data required for LAN multiplayer

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or behavioral tracking.

The App integrates Google Play Games Services ("GPGS"), provided by Google, to support player authentication, cloud saves, achievements, leaderboards, and gameplay services. When a user signs in with Google Play Games Services, the App may access and use the following Google user data:

• Google Play Games player ID
• Google account profile name
• Google account profile avatar/image
• Saved game data and cloud save information
• Achievement progress and achievement status
• Leaderboard scores and ranking data
• Basic gameplay profile information required for Google Play Games functionality

This data is used solely for the following purposes:

• Authenticating players into Google Play Games Services
• Synchronizing cloud save progress between user devices
• Displaying achievements and achievement progress
• Submitting and retrieving leaderboard scores
• Maintaining gameplay-related Play Games functionality
• Enabling optional Google Play Games features requested by the user

Sector VII does not use Google user data for:

Google processes Google Play Games Services data in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms. We do not receive or store your Google account password or direct Google account credentials.

The App includes optional peer-to-peer LAN multiplayer using local Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot connections. During LAN sessions:

• Devices communicate directly with each other over the local network
• Temporary local network data such as local IP addresses and session data may be used to establish and maintain gameplay connections
• Multiplayer traffic is not routed through servers operated by Sector VII

We do not operate matchmaking servers, online game servers, or centralized multiplayer infrastructure.

The App may request the following Android permissions:

The App does not access contacts, photos, microphone data, precise location data, or unrelated device information.

Game save data may be stored locally on your device or through Google Play Games Services cloud save functionality, if enabled. Locally stored data remains on your device unless removed by uninstalling the App or clearing application data. Cloud save retention is managed by Google according to your account settings and GPGS policies.

We do not maintain independent databases containing player save files.

The App does not contain advertisements, ad tracking technologies, behavioral profiling systems, third-party analytics SDKs, or marketing trackers. We do not sell user data to third parties.

The App does not contain in-app purchases, subscriptions, or microtransactions.

The App is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through systems operated by Sector VII. The App does not include advertising SDKs, behavioral advertising, or user-generated social features.

If you believe a child has provided information through Google Play Games Services, please contact Google directly regarding account and data management.

Third-party services used by the App, including Google Play Games Services, may process and store data on servers located in multiple countries. By using the App, you understand that information processed by third-party providers may be transferred and stored outside your country of residence.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, request deletion of, or withdraw consent for your data. Requests relating to Google Play Games Services data should generally be directed to Google through your Google account settings.

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect locally stored game data and application functionality. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The App currently uses the following third-party service: Google — Google Play Games Services. We do not integrate third-party advertising networks or external analytics providers.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in functionality, legal requirements, or platform policies. When updates occur, the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy will be revised. Continued use of the App after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
